Tessella Terms of Use

Tessella is published by Geometry Lab L.L.C-FZ ("Geometry", "we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tessella on devices you own or control, under the store's own terms: on iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service.
Purchases
Tessella Patron is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings; the annual plan includes a free trial where offered. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.
Fair use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, abuse the ad-based unlocks, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law permits it.
Warranty and liability
Tessella is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geometry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
